Hi, how do I lodge a complaint against a recent guest for damage
I had a couple stay with me Fri 27 Nov for 1 night and they came back in the evening quite. Drunk. When my wife went to clean the room today she found the shower screen smashed and blood on the towels. The guests have not contacted us to report the incident. We have taken photos of the damage.

Open the details page for it, and on right is Report Guest.
If greyed out you will need to phone BdC Support .
1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’. << this i
4) Select the topic.
5) Select the ’ subtopic, and complete the process by answering all questions.
Towards dialog bottom is option to reveal phone number.
