How can I go on the portal?

Hi, 

the administrator who used to answer reviews left the company.. I had a log-in name and password yet do not know what web address to use to access and start answering reviews.

Would you be able to help in advising procedure to use?

Hi, 

In the top right side there are 3 small lines...click on them.... in the end of the box  window that opens you will find

Go to extranet click on it and it will take you to your account.

Hope this helps.

Hi, thanks for your support, though when I've tried doing so, the page diverts me to 'listing my property', when the property is already on the site..?!

Sorry for that...Maybe you should call your BDC local office or send a message request through your Extranet inbox directly to BDC.

In order to start replying to the reviews, you need to log in to your extranet account. You’ll be able to access the extranet using the login name and password combination you set up during registration. To log in, simply: 

  1. Go to the Booking.com extranet
  2. Enter your login name and password.
  3. Select your language and log in.

If you still experiencing issues we will advise you to contact our support team for further assistance.

hi, thank you for replying to my message.. however still when logging onto Booking.com extranet, the web page is diverting me to 'join.booking.com/category/index.html?waypoint_id....' don't know what i am doing wrong?
