How do you successfully delete your property

I have only been with bdc for a few weeks and I want to remove my property.

I dont find the system user friendly and frustrating.

I made the property unavailable for bookings and surprised to get a booking for 1 night.

Even when the property was live the miniumn stay was 3 nights

The property is also marketed else where and theres already a booking for those dates.


After I have recieved the booking confirmation I then recieve an email from the guest asking if I allowed smoking quite clearly states on the house rules no smoking.

I'm not happy I cant get the booking and I want to get the property off bdc I'mmediatley 

What do I do?
