The new partner community does not work for me. I can't find answers to what I want to know. Please can I unsubscribe to this?


Topic headings never relate to anything I want to ask/say.   Very limited choice.



It would be a useful place to discuss things.  Unfortunately the majority of posts seem to be from people who really need to contact the booking.com Help team.  There must be something wrong if people can't easily reach the Help team.


Something wrong withe the people posting or the system?

Yes, this is a useful place to discuss things.  I can reach the help team but don't always get answers plus its useful to know one is not alone in experiencing any difficulties.

I would however like a far wider choice of topic headings to chose from.

And yes, I get notifications to threads I have read and which have not been added to. Sometimes several for the same thread but distanced quite far apart.

There is no point in having a forum unless the help team are monitoring it.

If questions are not answered by the community then the booking.com help team should answer them. A bit more honesty would also be welcome. Under the "Unanswered" tab it only lists the last 4 days unanswered questions. I assume this is to avoid the embarrassment of having so many unanswered questions !

As booking.com is also a "partner" then they should also actively get involved. Booking.com seem to have forgotten that a partnership goes two ways. I feel all they're interested in at the moment is how much money they can get out us. Don't upset your customers is what I say as they'll soon find other alternatives.

In this case it is just sheer incompetence. I actually owe them money for commision and want to pay it but they are making it impossible for me.

Hi Partner please help to with invoice dispute  #***  because our team already send no show to booking .com but the invoice still charge commission as usual when the end of the month .
