how to keep guest from making reservations due to being on a do not rent list at property

how can I avoid guests making reservation with you when they are on a do not rent list with our property,  I have just been telling them when they get here but there has to be a better way,  due to drugs found in room and disturbances

I do not believe there is a way to reivew before accepting guest bookings or if you can enforce a blacklist! Maybe you should contact the BDC customer suppot and if you find a way can you let us know?
