I am super upset. I am gettin g my the nags stollen because of bio deposit

Nothing stopping you collecting a deposit from booking.com guests, so not sure why you are complaining of the difference. 

If you don't like the service stop using it.  Presumably booking.com give you majority of bookings, otherwise you wouldn't keep using them.

You appear to be under some delusion , misunderstanding , that those who reply to you to help , advise  on next steps etc, are here to take abuse from you.

 

We are not!

We are partners, not like you, who take the time to be informed on how things really work etc,  and then pass it on to others on here less informed.

You are on the partner forum so you get the extranet partners, which is other hoteliers.  So not sure who else you think you will interact with, so we are entitled to give you our opinions.  You can choose to ignore them but no need to be rude to us.

You have posted 3 times ALL on the forum.  If you want to have a moan at booking.com them maybe you should message them.
