I can't seem to change the name of my property from "one-bedroom" to "two-bedroom"?

I was getting the second bedroom ready when I started back in November but now I have the room ready with 2 bunk beds to allow children to stay. On other platforms it is easy to add a room. On it tells me in order to change my number of rooms I must change the name - and then it tells me I cannot change the name because I have upcoming bookings.. Please help??? I cannot cancel all my bookings just to allow the addition of a bedroom to my property - one that was actually always there.. It's a 2 bedroom cottage we just had start up issues with covid19..

I think it’s better if you call your local office and ask them to change it for you...

Yes, I found it impossible to change the description, so I called through their Extranet. It happened immediately and great help and service.
