I had a booking on date that should had been closed what can I do now except accepting the booking at relatively low price.

I just had a booking for the summer period when dates should had been closed. I cannot find a way to talk to someone from booking.com about this. Also they should provide a contact number in order to be able to book, but no contact number was provided.

Hello Edmund,

I was wondering if you're using a Channel Manager? We wouldn't want that to happen to you a second time. Having a Channel Manager would help with managing your inventory and rates on all platforms that you are on.
