Important messages to my guests

Booking.com are blocking all messages to my guests, including important things like links to pre reg that I am required to collect by law. They are not receiving information on check in and I am not getting any info back from the guest. They are unhappy with the lack of communication and so am I

    1. what exactly is happening? no vague generic terms please.
    2. are they blocking URL s for a particluar service ? what is the url to the service?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
