Incorrect availability shown for other dates when not available

All marked in red are unavailable. Even red bar shows unavailability. Dear Community, how to report a bug / an incident?

Phone Partner Support to review your calendar and restrictions you set.

 

 


 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Nothing to review as the same date is both available and unavailable on the same screen.

Any idea how to help development team to recognize a bug?

Hi Tadek Ja,

 

You can easily submit bugs through the Booking.com mobile app. Simply take a screenshot of the incorrect information and a 'Submit bug' feature will pop up. Fill out the issue summary and other details needed, attach your screenshot and submit.
