Incredible - three months after registering, still not live!

Thanks to all those who replied to my message three weeks ago about awaiting results of checks from the Bookings.com "hub" department ahead of us going live. 

Sadly we're still sitting here -  now three months since first registration - and our beautiful French "Old Bakery" gite cottage is still not live on Bookings.com!  No feedback whatsoever from them and their local reps in France cannot help either - I've called them weekly and they are powerless.  How much more professional Air B&B (and other holiday companies) have been.  They don't charge 16% commission either!

Further advice on a solution always appreciated...

oh yeah... they totally messed me around for about 6 months. I had to pay for someone to wait at the property for them to do an inspection and many times they didn't show up or were many hours late. Never offered to refund my costs even though they made an appointment with me. I must have called them probably 50 times.. in the end i listed with someone else because they clearly did not want my business and were just so disorganised. I only have one property listed with them now... GOOD LUCK!

Hi Melissa.  Sorry you had a painful time going live.  Just to update, I took a call from a Booking.com rep in Barcelona after my message above and voila, they got us live within 10 minutes last week.  At long last!!  I think the last complaint worked...

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
