How to review and fix your availability will typically be  how the rate plans and promotions are setup.

99% of the time the root cause is end user error ,due to misconception of the options being toggled or set.


  • Open the calendar in List view,
  • Now expand all the rate plans and promotions to the left to see their rows.
  • Check things like minimum length of stay.


So example someone searches for 2 nights but the rate plan or promotion has min. of 3 nights set.

Maybe only some rates are tied to only some rooms and not all.
