Last minute bookings options for more notice?

I've tried to change this but it only allows 3-0 days or less than 8 hours - this is too short to allow time for cleaning and it has put me in a new predicament with a guest arriving today after booking last night at 9pm!!!

Hi Sharon,

curious to know why that is happening for you as I just tried creating a Last Minute Promotion and those limits do not exist.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
