Last minute promotion

Respected, 

 

We have just created a last minute offer for our hotel, visible to potencial guests 20 days in advance, starting from first of june till the end of that month. 

But when we check the booking account from the guest's point of view we dont see a sign showing it is a last minute offer next to the listed available rooms. 

 

Could you please explain if we have not done something right while making the promotion?

Last minute has nothing t odo with 20 days in advance, you need to google the concept of what 'last minute booking' actually means.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’

  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
