LATE CANCELLATIONS

Is it fair to charge guests full price for late cancellations during this coronavirus epidemic? Should they by charged 50% or not at all? What are other business doing?

Yes I'm wondering the same thing. Some of our bookings we charge 30% cancellation fee if they cancel within 30 days before arrival, and some bookings we charge 100% at the time they make reservation. Do we fully refund 100% due to the natural disaster or keep 30% of fees to cover costs of staff and bills?
