Location Verification
Despite our property having been listed on Booking.com since March 2020 we have never received the location verification code.
We have had guests stay at the property and we have previously successfully received location verification codes to two other properties within the same building but, for whatever reason, Booking.com do not appear to be able to send us a location verification code for this property.
We have been trying to contact them for months and have received multiple promises that a new code will be sent, or that an agent would be in contact with us 'shortly', but nothing has ever materialised.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue and, if you have, how did you resolve it?

Yes many others over this year have posted similar, but nothing here can be done , it still requires you to chase them via message or phone to BdC Support team
Simply phone them and ask for alternative method, since you have others done it should serve as a positive to expedite

Are you saying ABB Superhosts who can prove they are that can be verified by sending amessage with their status in a photo?
if yes then at least I know to mention that next time someone needs a alternative verification, assuming they are one too
