LOCATION VERIFICATION WAITING FOR SIX MONTHS NOW

In July 2019, I listed two of my properties on Booking.com. I welcome guests. My score regarding Customers feedback is >9,4. I  paid for all my Invoices Fees. 

Christmas season is here and In our location, the demand is very high. I could not still ask for a down pmt and I don't have access to the credit card of my guests. 

My company is listed, compliant and we don't have any issue whatsoever. I spent so many calls to the Helpline. 

I am trying to keep calm but this not definitively what I was expecting as a partner. As of today its been six months now

In order to verify the location of your property, we are sending a physical mail to your property address. If you haven't yet received this letter, please, check if your property address is correct and full. The letter might be delayed due to a mistake in the address or missing address parts. 

 

As per issue with viewing or charging credit cards, we would advise you in the meantime to activate a prepayment option (you can request a prepayment via bank transfer, PayPal etc). This will help you to secure the payment.

Hi there, many thanks for your "basic " reply, this is exactly what all the people at the call centre kept repeating me again and again. 

My properties are in a clear street and the address is correctly written on the letterboxes! I never received any code from Booking. 

The prepayment option is activated but all my guests don't understand why the process is not smooth !!!

For Location verification it is also important to check if your property address is correct in Booking.com system (check if all address parts are added: house number, apartment number etc.; if the postal code is correct).

As for Credit card restrictions to be removed you need to receive a certain number of stayed reservations and reviews, and consistently pay your invoices. For security reasons, we can’t specify the exact number of bookings and reviews required to reach this threshold.

Meantime, the prepayment is a good option to have, especially during Holiday season.

All is CORRECT  AND invoices  are paid ! 

so I dont know why I am stuck since 6 Months  

 

This is really annoying, my guests are surprised when I ask for the PMT
