In July 2019, I listed two of my properties on Booking.com. I welcome guests. My score regarding Customers feedback is >9,4. I paid for all my Invoices Fees.
Christmas season is here and In our location, the demand is very high. I could not still ask for a down pmt and I don't have access to the credit card of my guests.
My company is listed, compliant and we don't have any issue whatsoever. I spent so many calls to the Helpline.
I am trying to keep calm but this not definitively what I was expecting as a partner. As of today its been six months now
