I need some serious help from the booking.com-team
I am the appointed manager for an existing guest house and all I have is the username.
The password does not exist and the telephone number as well as the email address on the booking.com system are outdated.
When phoning booking.com I get told that they can only help the owner. When he phones from Switzerland booking.com in Zurich he gets told that a link to reset the login details will be send.
As mentioned neither the telephone number to verify nor the email-address on the system are correct, we run in circles.
Has anyone an idea how to deal with a situation like this?
