I need some serious help from the

I am the appointed manager for an existing guest house and all I have is the username. 

The password does not exist and the telephone number as well as the email address on the system are outdated.

When phoning I get told that they can only help the owner. When he phones from Switzerland in Zurich he gets told that a link to reset the login details will be send.

As mentioned neither the telephone number to verify nor the email-address on the system are correct, we run in circles.

Has anyone an idea how to deal with a situation like this?

Welcome to the Partner Only  Forum, addressing only us not BdC support team.

Posting an action request  will not result in any action at all, here.



Its called the Partner Support Team, who are not based in here. There has never been an email address for them .  

The correct way in my opinion to fix it properly , is get the owner to contact the mby phone and quote the partrner ID and other info to prove ownership first.


Then he can have them add you to the contacts /roles list with your email address.


Note if owner is not in same country as the property but you are, then transfer ownership to you instead or start over with a new registration.

2) Select ‘ messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’
