I am a partner and running a guest house known as Sunset Inn in Monrovia, Liberia We are facing serious problems with the customer services agents at booking.com - Ghana. They haven't replied to any of our multiple messages or concerns since June 2019. When you call by phone you will get a reply from the call center to wait for an agent to assist you. From that point forward you will become frustrated waiting for the agents to take your call and eventually you will get tired and your phone credits will expire. And that happened on several occasions. They try by all means to make you understand that you are not welcomed and they do not care to assist you. The only thing you receive is the monthly commission invoice!
I am calling the headquarters in Netherlands but the call center is requesting from me to provide the Confirmation number (4 digit code). Frankly i am not sure which code is that?
Can anyone assist me in contacting booking.com headquarters in Amsterdam because the team in Ghana is providing a very bad service to us and I hope we do not have to shutdown our business with booking.com because of careless individuals in that branch.
