Hello,

I am a partner and running a guest house known as Sunset Inn in Monrovia, Liberia We are facing serious problems with the customer services agents at booking.com - Ghana. They haven't replied to any of our multiple messages or concerns since June 2019. When you call by phone you will get a reply from the call center to wait for an agent to assist you. From that point forward you will become frustrated waiting for the agents to take your call and eventually you will get tired and your phone credits will expire. And that happened on several occasions. They try by all means to make you understand that you are not welcomed and they do not care to assist you. The only thing you receive is the monthly commission invoice! 

I am calling the headquarters in Netherlands but the call center is requesting from me to provide the Confirmation number (4 digit code). Frankly i am not sure which code is that? 

Can anyone assist me in contacting booking.com headquarters in Amsterdam because the team in Ghana is providing a very bad service to us and I hope we do not have to shutdown our business with booking.com because of careless individuals in that branch.

The only 4 digit code I know of is a pin number that guests get after making a booking .... I have no idea what it's for, nor do the guests .... they all seem to think it's the code for the key safe .... keep trying, but if you can't get through, switch to a different booking system

You should be able to call Amsterdam . It is a huge company with lots of people working there! 

Also Booking .com have 660.000 plus hosts so ... 

Dont be put off. Pls continue using booking but you could add Airbnb or other one that is popular and working in your area. 

Most hosts have more then one platform .

Try again according to previous suggestions from other hosts .

Hello,

I actually like the CRMS that booking.com provides and i wish to continue working with them but as i mentioned earlier this has been going on since June 2019. Frankly I am not finding a way to reach booking.com Amsterdam by phone and my emails seems to only be directed to Ghana's servers since I am in Liberia. Your input Ella is highly appreciated, Thank you
