i have had a poor review the guest never stayed here due to covid19 the booking was on 11-4-20 not sure why this wasn't questioned by extranet team?

Hi Maria Stewart


There is no Extranet Team that checks reviews, instead message the BdC Support team the booking reservation number and a note on what has happened.


If there never was a check in guest and it was marked as a no show then there should not be a review related t othe same booking number.

BdC support will remove it as a fake review.
