Missing occupancy rates

I have been using booking.com for one year and now my rooms have lost the multiple occupancy rates. I use a channel provider and I have checked the rates with them and everything is correct. I have spent lots of money for most of 2 days trying to get through to a person on the telephone...only messages telling me to hold. Any advice please. Its bad enough after Covid without  having missing information on the site. Thanks Bev
