Mistake in property register

Dear Booking.com Partners,

I should like to delete this property as there was a mistake in registering the room.

However, some guest has booked and i would like them to cancel. So i can delete this property.

they dont seem to understand.

I already sent a request to delete but i have not receive any feedback.

Please assist.




Well you do not blame the guests so would suggest you reach out to customer services as you are not going to find the solution here!
