More Logical Guest Review System
Hello again everyone.
Just another forum thread on the booking.com review system as again, just wanting booking.com to hear the overwhelming host feedback on the review system. Unfortunately, the threads that keep being made on this topic keep falling to the bottom and despite still being active, aren't pushed to the 'top' of the forum.
This is the review that has sparked off todays thread.
As you can see, it's an overall score of '6' with all additional categories being '10' which makes absolutely no sense. I certainly don't see how this is meant to inform guests who may want to stay at our property or what kind of guidance we're expected to gleam from this as hosts. The worst thing about these kind of reviews is that without comments, you can't even make a professional and courteous response. In the meantime, I'd encourage everyone to keep sending in feedback about the review system so that we can have a fairer one for everyone.

Thats because the overall is not linked in anyway, i.e. independent
If needed, Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

Agreed it shouldnt ,its daft, and its not being ignored the community staff actually collect notes on posts here and forward t othe product team meetings for feedback and potential new changes and features , later may be implemented.
So despite the lack of activity from BdC on here there is always more going on than is known on here. i.e. too many negative assumptions, getting it wrong.
I'm not defending BdC at all, just prefer to demystfy any misinformation, that can lead to more misinfo.
