YOU HAVE STILL DISPUTED MY NO SHOWS, DUE TO ME NOT MARKING THEM TIMEOUSLY

 

THE REASONS WERE THE FOLLOWING

DURING LOCKDOWN, I WAS FRANTICALLY TRYING TO RAISE FUNDS FOR MY STAFF WHO WERE NOW UNEMPLOYED DUE TO COVID AND ONE OF THE CRITERIA ON GETTING THESE FUNDS WAS TO BE IN GOOD STANDING WITH OUR TAX DEPT.  I WAS BEHIND WITH MY BOOKKEEPING DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS AND THEREFORE DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT MY BOOKINGS THINKING THAT NO CLIENTS WILL BOOK DURING LOCKDOWN.  I THEN DID NOT MARK THEM UNTIL I GOT YOUR BILL WHICH SHOWED THAT GUESTS HAD BOOKED DURING LOCKDOWN.

 

WHICH I DISPUTED ON THE STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT AND AFTER MUCH BACK AND FORTH YOU HAVE STILL DECLINED THESE BOOKINGS.

 

PLEASE CHECK WITH THE GUEST IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE ME THAT THEY DID NOT BOOK IN AND THEREFORE I AM NOT LIABLE FOR THE COMMISSION LEVIED THEREON.

 

PLEASE SUPPORT ME IN THIS.  AS YOU KNOW OUR GOVERNMENT OPENED LOCKDOWN AND THEN CLOSED IT AGAIN.  SO BOOKINGS HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY SLOW.

Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet (Option booking.com messages) or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.

You may not realise that typing in capitals indicates you are shouting and given you are trying to get booking.com to support you then you may want to change that.
