My hotel score certificate

I got a message from booking.com that we have sent you your score certificate but still the certificate not received by us can anyone help us about this situation

Hi Jagat,

 

I believe you are referring to the latest Awards , where if your average rating is above a certain level 8 or more I think, then you just logon to that part of the website and download the PDF , print it and display.

 

There will not be any physical items posted out.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
