Need to restrict some counties

I need to restrict some of the countries for one of my property. How can I do that ? please help

Send a message to Booking.com via your extranet. They could set up Country Rates for you, so you can set different pricing for different countries.

Unfortunately, you cannot restrict guests from specific countries to book your property (the only exception is if there is a government law that applies to your country). You can indeed set up Country Rates that would target guests from specific countries.
