New Guest Review Scoring System
I am wondering how other owners are finding the new guest review scoring system? Personally I do not like it at all! I find that guests that are leaving low scores in the first instance do so because one particular thing has annoyed them but then they go on to score everything else pretty highly so there is no 'average'. We as owners know that we can look at the scores for each sector but I feel potential guests just look at the overall score.
I'm also curious as to whether any other owners have had negative reviews because rooms and areas have now been stripped of any extra decor or comforts, for example cushions, bed throws, mats, ornaments etc.?
