New scoring on client comment


We have just received a "anonymous" comment with a rating of 7 (out of more than 50 comments we are at 9,6) while all the criteria indicated in this comment are higher than 7 of which one to 10. The hot line told me it was due to a new notation system from Booking. We find this unfair and not in favour of the partners in addition it does not allow any improvement if we do not know the criteria on which we are judged. How do you think we can work together to change this system by booking.
