No feedback from Booking for three months

We have posted our apartment over three months ago and will not be unlocked because the address can not be verified by Booking.com! - A code we have not received via mail after three Auffoderungen!  - We have resubmitted the address several times - We have submitted the replacement address from our office - We have tried to submit the requested pictures of the street as well as house with house number, which is not possible in the meantime!  WHAT do we have to do that after THREE months the apartment is unlocked?
