Non arrival from 20th of July, ***

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

I am right now checking the invoice from June, for the invoice, and I see that Mrs Janina Keen, booking Number **** did not stay at our hotel. 

I kindly ask you to send us a confirmation of the cacellation.

If the booking was cancelled or you had marked as a No Show presumably you wouldn't have an invoice.
