Yet again, Booking.com calendar sync has lost the exports to other OTAs and I've had another double booking. This happens with all of our properties on Booking

How am i to know the problem when reviews come without comments ?

Please give me a step to delete wrong listing / wrong room, i dont want them appear again in my account.
