Opening a closed property
My property was closed online due to billing problems.
I am now being told to go online and open the property, but I cannot find any buttons or portals to do so.
Am I missing an easy fix?

Please phone BdC Support directly for this type of enquiry. Guide below or :
1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right

If your property is able to reopen, you should see a blue button under the Home tab called 'Open your property'. If you don't see that, please reach out to your local partner support via the Extranet Inbox as they may need to enable this feature for you (sometimes it gets missed in the reopening process!).
