We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

this is the booking.com partner forum and not the customer support hotline!

Best you contact the customer support directly via the contact number or email (via the admin portal) to remove your listing and in the meantime do not forget to block off your calendar to avoid unwanted bookings.

also if you do not want to close off your account you can simply close it (close with no end date) as having to re-open the account will require you to go through the whole registration process again.
