Payout issue with Credit Control Department

Hi, is there anyone experiencing issue dealing with the Credit Control Department in Singapore?  I have contacted the property agents and also the credit control department 10+ times, both via phone and also email/message.   What i wanted is to report the payout issue for one of the September invoice but nobody seems to be care and look into the issue.    The property agent said they can only redirect my issue to the credit control department, then the credit control department was simply re-sending me the exact same invoice (with the incorrect amount).  The $ amount is not significant for this case but the concern is that the credit control/finance department will not investigate the issue and you may not get any support when the issue occurs. any suggestion? What exactly was your issue with the payout? I never had an issue with the payouts in two years (since I use Payments by Booking.com).

Hi, We didn't get pay for one of the booking in September.  The finance department said they will look into that but nothing happens.  We keep sending email and phone call to follow up but they simply said they are looking into it.  There is no way that we can make a complaint or talk to someone who can resolve this issue.

i'm also wondering if there is any complaint handling process where we can raise a issue to the senior managers within booking.com.    The front-line staff simply take note of the payment issue and pass it on to the finance department.   After months & weeks, the issue is still pending.
