We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

PIN Code for confirming location

Dear Sir, 

I had a problem receiving confirmation PIN to update can you call me so i can receive the PIN again.

Please do the neccessary action.

Hello Tengku Farizal Tengku Adnan! Thank you for your post! In order to complete the pin verification you need to choose one of the two methods provided, either by phone call or a message. In case you notice that you are not able to receive the pin in any of the ways, please do cal our partner assistance line and we will be able to assist you further. Best of luck!

Hi Sergei,

 

been waiting many weeks. They told me it was sent twice but I've never found it. They also said I don't need it anymore as the listed property is live now. Confusing....

Sometimes when I call I am asked a 4 digit code, without it you can continue the call and speak to an agent. Later I was told The code if for guests not hosts.

Dear Bruno Miorin! Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

We've checked your property page and we can confirm that your property location has been already verified in mid January by receiving and correctly inserting a verification code. Your property is available on the website for reservations. 

 

You also do not need to provide us with the verification code when you are calling Customer Service. You will have to provide only your property ID number and property name. 

 

As per PIN verification, sometimes when you are logging in to your Extranet account from a new or unrecognized device, the system might request you to pass PIN verification. In this case the PIN will be sent to you by sms or call, by your choice.

Hi

I have problem with pin verification as well.

I don't received neither call nor message. So, I can't verify the pin, consequently cannot add my bank account which leads to no activity.

Calling to the numbers listed doesn't help as my country is not in the list. What should I do?
