My "white guests" abandon the booking as soon as they find out that my property is situated in the so-called "coloured area" Last week the couple came in, made an excuse that they want to buy supper and never returned. Today, another guest called to enquire whether it is a coloured area and then i received his cancellation right after the phone call.
Kindly advise. Should i state in which area my property is situated? How do i manage these cancellations which is based on the colour of the area? With both bookings, i had alternative private bookings which i cancelled. This means i loose revenue.
