Printing CMD+P guest conversation query - BLANK DATA why?

Please advise

When I <print this page> info ref a booking with a conversation regarding extras required for guest

why does the check box saying <print messages> not printing details needed (it's blank)

I have tried a number of different reservations and none of them print the guest - host conversation, or policies (not often needed to print) am I doing it wrong since the last booking.com update?

Be grateful for any advice or info from others with same experience.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

You do not understand, confused ? 

Printing chat messages between host and guest is the issue (not working)

It is not a finance or invoice issue. Your check box is not performing as it should, this is the problem!

what's the partner customer and support differences, totally not clear about the curt reminder?

Some of us do not understand your partner systems which are not user friendly nor support hosts. Every time I call, I get a mum or dad at home, replying with standard useless messages, no solution - such bad business flaws. Rant over.
