Problem about guest no show and cancellation

Hi friends, i need help . In the last month i got 15 plus booking . But no guest showed on the date of check-in . I earned nothing . Can someone tell me what we can do in such situation. Even they don't pick call .

When  the guest does not turn up, you should immediately on day 2 by lunchtime mark it as No Show on the details page.


If there is no prepaid rate , and they only pay on arrival, then you might want to consider changing it to prepay, and set a cancellation policy of 1st night cost or a % of the stay rate.


Otherwise you get nothing and the room is wasted for those date.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
