PROBLEM IN RECEIVING VERIFICATION CODE BY MESSAGE OR PHONE CALL

Hi i'm trying to access Booking.com Extranet   from another device for reservation and front office team within my property but i didn't receive any verification message or calls don't know why 

any advice please

Please reach out to BDC support via phone.

 

You will find your local contact us options via:

  • Go to your BDC portal dashboard, click Inbox, then Booking.com messaging.
  • On right pane, click Contact Us to expand it down to reveal the phone number and email option.
  • Ring the phone number, and wait to speak to an advisor, yes you likely will need to queue for a significant amount of time. But do not hang up until you get to someone.

 

When you try to access pulse smart phone app on additional device there is a prompt or notification on the first device once you are logged on to pulse app. Alternatively logon to the extranet aka admin.booking.com and try doing it via the Account icon top right.

If getting no where use the contact info above to speak to someone on phone.
