It has been explained to me by a member that I must have opted in to promotions that I unwittingly entered into    I am receiving quite a lot less for the one room I have with  I wish to cancel all promotions please.  Also I can see by logging on as a client and not a partner that people can book my room with no cancellation fee when i can see that I have requested that clients need to give me two weeks notice.  Please can you advise me of a telephone number where I can speak to a human being rather than all the written messages

as how to disable suspend, check:


open extranet > promotions check if anything is there and on the end of each one will be an option menu, to disable etc


Genius if enabled will be under Opportunities Menu

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
