Property Description and Facilities
I contacted customer support as I have been getting guests ask if they need to bring towels as not shown on BC website when they book. Simple issue except it isn't as all I ever get back from customer cough cough support is an automated message saying that once you complete property facilities & services the most important info gets transferred to your advertised property. Does it? No! Oh and every single box whether yes or no is ticked and saved.
Anyone else have similar issues?
Hi! Make sure that you have ticked all the right boxes, as I had a look at my listing an can clearly see the towels and linen.
Hi jaybeegee, as I said everything has a tick in it and yet very few items appear in the listing of my rooms. It was "room amenities" I meant not facilities however same applies as everything ticked. Have had this issue for a while now and contacted BC more than once yet same old automated replies and response times too!

My Premium room which even has a kitchen/lounge yet no mention of that which is a biggy:
