Property listing trouble

Hey there.  so I’m getting right to the point.  I had trouble listing my first property and I couldn’t find a way to delete it permanently. After a month I was contacted by a booking employee and told him to delete it permanently because I couldn’t and told me he would.  now I log in again and I see that’s not deleted . How do I delete a listing semi-finished listing in order to list it again completely and rightly?
