Property no bookable

Can I get property *** open and bookable? I triied opening the rooms but the listing remains unbookable. I think I need support to open the listing from their end.

You have posted this on the Partner Forum.  You need to message the help team at booking.com direct.  Use either the Inbox icon on Extranet or give the local office a call.

I called support, however they could do nothing as the property remains closed / unbookable. I think I may need to create another listing. Property ID******
