Ranking Dashboard No data for January 2020

The data for January is not Visible in the Ranking dashboard under( show data for the last 30 days ) & ( Show Data for the last 90 days)

Affected partners please read this Temporary Solution I have Found - 

The only way to see January data is by clicking on ( Show data for the past 365 days ) and moving the cursor on the January Month on the Bar Graph which shows the page views

This problem has been unsolved yet for the past 25 Days and booking.com has been telling all the affected partners like us to wait for the technical issue to be solved but I'm afraid with all due respect this is taking too long. 

The Major problem this is causing is that since the data for January is not visible for some partners under the ( show data for past 30 days )

  • IT causes the PAGE VIEWS to be almost 0% under the OPPORTUNITY CENTER ( which judges data for past 30 days ) which in Turn reduces the PERFORMENCE SCORE of the property and Causes a huge risk for us to lose our PREFERRED PARTNER PROGRAMME PARTNERSHIP on booking.com 
  • IT is forcing some less informed partners who are unaware about this technical issue to Reduce their room rate or increase the comission price because they think that their page views are actually low which is untrue. 

Please Booking.com We would appreciate a lot if us affected partners could get a time frame for this issue to be solved.

Hi! Very sorry to hear that your Dashboard is not working!!!!

Since this is only a Partner Community it’s better to send your message request through your Extranet inbox directly to booking.com.

I agree with the above. We need to be more informed by booking.com as the fix failed yet again today.  Read all comments under tag "Analytics - Ranking Dashboard NOT working"
