Request Cancel on Guest reservation

Greetings from Swiss-Inn Chinatown Kuala Lumpur!
I would like to request assist on a booking under *** *** (Booking No: ***), as i did press request cancel on the 10 June. Apparently, our hotel is closure on 10 July. We are mid of cancelling all the online bookings.
Appreciate you can revert me as soon as possible by today or this week.
