hi, I can not see my reservations on my extranet and pulse app any more. I am just getting emails about new booking, but when I go to view details is not showing anything. if anyone can help?

Thanks for the post. I'm not experiencing the same problem with my Extranet or Pulse app.

Can you describe a little bit more as to What is not showing, what does show and how does it look?

Then maybe we can see if someone can help you.

Dear Anton,

If you go to the extranet and to Home, you can see scrolling down a bit Recent Bookings.

If it doesn't appear there, it surely is an issue.

You can also check the Reservations tab for the dates that are shown in the e-mails.

Without seeing your e-mails and account I cannot help you with much.
