Reservations

I am reaching out because we are getting calls from guest, as well as emails regarding reservations for today. The reservations are NOT coming across my board. However I am getting emails that state they have a reservation. I need assistance with this ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your next step /action is to phone BdC Partner Support

 

 

Note you can validate a booking to be real by logging on to the Extranet and up to p is a search box - Search for reservation

 

You can search for reservations by:

  • Guest Name
  • Booker Name
  • Booking Number

You can search for reservations with check-in dates between the last 7 days and next 3 months, or reservations created in the past 3 months. Looking for a different time range? Look up the complete list on the Reservations page.

 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
