Reservations not appearing in Extranet or Pulse
I keep receiving emails of reservations complete with booking reference number and when I login to Extranet or Pulse they do not show.
I'm worried because I'm not sure if I would have actually received a booking that is not showing up or else a booking is made and cancelled immediately.
When I try to send a message to booking.com it never goes through because even though I also have authentic booking references to quote my messages are always rejected.
Can anybody help please??
