We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Restriction and rate

Why if I choose a restrictions of 2 days minimum, is not foreseen by the clients? Even if the restriction is until December 2020.

Why if the rate of the rooms I put are not seen by the clients? In fact if the roommate is 50 per day the result to the client is 42,5 euro! I can't understand that!

The restrictions don't get seen by the guest they just won't see your property if they only search for 1 night, same with all the restrictions.

Are you a Genius member or possibly some other promotion.
