Review Score Points System

My properties consistently score very high reviews except in a couple of areas facilities and staff, since our properties are individual cabins and not a corporate hotel/motel the items available for review do not fit all types of properties that Booking.Com is willing to advertise.  

Since the cabins are free-standing and not part of a resort, we do not have extra facilities such as weight rooms, restaurants, etc. My husband and I run our business so we have no 'staff' - Since there is no 'N/A' option guests rate us low on those items which affects our overall review score.

It seems that booking.com needs to revise their review request form to be fair to all types of properties that they represent.
